I'd definitely fuck with everybody with this tek, I'd aim it at cops and give them a piece of my mind right when some skaters walked by, just so the cop would go off on their ass.
I'd aim it at old black women sitting on their porch swings and say, "get out of my house" in a demonic voice.
An irritating voice to a sleeping baby in Walmart. That ultrasonic sound that drives dogs crazy aimed at K-9 units in the back of the police cruiser.
Could be possibly used as an Acoustic Weapon.

Does anybody know if this device or something like it is available on the market yet or not ? If not, then does anybody know where to get hold of this inventor so you can get him to build you one ?
I think every house-hold can have 2 TVs in the same sitting room played simultaneously and one TV's viewer won't be disturbing the othe TVs viewer.
