well first Lance is an awesome cyclist and champion, but is normal that people don't like him some may say Merckx is the best, or Contador, or Indurain, but you should have some respect for Lance after all he won the TdF 7 straight times, the cancer, the fundation every thing his done

So he wasnt tested the most IN HISTORY. but there were doubts and they tested him a lot.

A negative test can indicate doping. Why Lance didn't test positive at 1996 Tour Du Pont despite his alreadry developped testicular testicular which should have given a false positive test?
Because of the use of masking agent !!!!!!!
How did he had a 49%hematocrit during his 1999-2005 TDF but only 45% in 2009 when blood is monitored?

I dont know that much about this. Like you do. But if something would be realy wrong why the press didnt make a big deal. A big deal about what you said and not testing him

@trakomako There is a lot of riders who have confessed about their doping practices, especially after Festina affair. The problem for press is to prove their point. How to prove he used a masking agent or a method like adjusting his epitostesterone when samples have been destroyed or can only be released with Lance's agreement like it's the case for his 1999 EPO samples.
