Is that filmed in Japan? Sure doesn't seem like because:

a) Thare aren't any landfills in Japan - they recycle everything and what isn't recycled is incinerated.

b) The Japanese are very health conscious and clean society and wouldn't for a second consider transporting garbage in an open truck like that, allowing the wind to scatter everything.

Theres tons and tons of garbage in the Philippines and Philippine government reduce them.

Note:Those garbage can be destroy bridges.

Oo! nontapeworm idea which they were with problems with the sweepings, you do not have but warnings encataria public to see them me ^^
