I remember watching (i think) David Copperfield do a trick somewhat like this in the late 80's or early 90's where he gets inside a glass box...and the set almost looked like 'the saw of death' in it's appearance. The sad thing is that I don't remember what happened in the trick I am describing. I think he got inside a really small box and then disappeared or teleported somewhere...does anoyone remember this trick and is it on youtube? I'm going off of my early childhood memory here.
Hi there. I'm not sure which trick you are describing, but because of your description of the teleporting, I'm inclined to think you are referring to his portal trick, which can be seen by searching "David Copperfield - Portal - The most amazing illusion ever". It does not, however, have this glass box you speak of. In his flying routine, there is one. It can be seen by searching "david copperfield flying". Hope this helps I couldn't post the websites for some reason, so enjoy!
