Giuliani and Biden are around the same age. It takes more than revamping Times Square, and relocating a bunch of homeless people to make a presidential candidate.What mayor wouldn't have done that on 9/11 except if Bush was mayor.I like Rudy, but don't make him out to be that which he is not.
