The feet are fake and she is lying under the stage in a trap with her feet pointing downstage and her head pointing upstage. The bottom box has a flat mirror that is slanted with the top of the mirror near us and the bottom away from us, and we are seeing her reflection in the box, notice the pattern on the floor to diguise the trap doors, as well as the fact that we only see her head when the box is on the ground.
