it's like, fact. jazz musicians are either raspy black guys, or nerdy lookin white guys. this band just happens to have all nerdy lookin white guys. and guess what? they're all smokin. no, wait, your right, there must be something racial about it.

no, look sometimes u can close ur eyes and tell whether a player is black. Because to play with "soul" is really just to play with a genuine feeling that comes from real experience. Its the same with singers, and actors, they had to experience something real; many racial experiences that affect blacks in a unique way that others cannot relate to. These experiences contribute to the emotion thats reflected through their sound. N White people will NEVER understand this. Thats all im sayin.

you are a bigot. to imply that white people don't have any "real experiences" is horrendously ignorant on your part. All forms of human life are put through their own individual trials and tribulations. Your statement is so false and inaccurate, why don't you go listen to some Bill Evans if you want some soul in your music.

you're a fucking retard. there sound doesn't make them "black" its the way black people swing. And some white people swing way harder than some black people.

If you are black you should understand this. but hey, it's cool that a white guy has to explain thigns to you. nice
