I thought this version sounded familiar! It's on the album Live in Tokyo 1996, one of the first discs I got of this great trio, wow! I need to go listen to it again...

Jarrett's lines here are beyond belief!! Watching him, it's like you can share in his ecstasy at discovering such spontaneous beauty, he is just so in the zone, his energy goes straight to your heart and draws you into his soul....you are taken to such a joyous plane of existence for a just few minutes that can seem timeless....Blessed Be 3>

I much prefer to hear Jarret playing Bach. Properly constructed music Bach.

this performance is probably his best performance with this trio menber.beautiful tatch,very good adlib solo,and high tension.all jazz fun had better hear this performance.
