Comic Sans

This looks like a video put together by some bitter font artist who wanted his work to "change the world", but instead, ppl chose Comic Sans instead of his crappy font.

Hey my favorite font is Comic San, I don't know is it bad?. But why is it bad?. I know i'm using it before I have internet

It's ugly and overused?

It's "overused"...maybe because ppl other than those in this video LIKE IT??? Hmmm...wow, what a concept!

Doesn't stop it from being ugly, not to mention distracting.

Phht...anything is distracting if you're like OMG! That's like comic sans dude! Thats so lame because I saw this dumb video about it on youtube! OMG!

Thinks about it. 99.9% of the people you meet on the street won't even know this it's comic sans. 99% never heard of it. and 98.5% wouldn't even make the relation to comic books.

Not to mention when you go out in the world, 99% of ppl never seen an American comic book. Many of those who have...are already dead.

Dont worry about it. Microsoft, the most successful software company of this age, uses all the time in tech demos and such. And the ppl who choose this font prolly make a lot more money than these guys in this video. You are not alone in liking this. Some ppl just have better things to think about than a stupid shape of the letter.

I don't really like comic sans, but I like to use it as much as possible to watch typography nerds weep.

And the more they whine about it, the more I will use it.
