meiko sounds better in Levan Polkka. For some reason, she sounds kinda english (like, american??) Hmm maybe just because her hair isnt all funky thats messing with my brain. But lol she sounds better paired with kaito in Levan Polkka.

What is UTAU? JUST GOOGLE IT, like said Gakupo and Luka (and not only they did).

More than that, it's two different programs, UTAU project files are in ust. format and VOCALOID files are in .mid format.
So Kasane Teto works only in UTAU, that makes her non-VOCALOID-ish.
