well whats f*cked up is no 1 knows what harrp is im 18 chilling in high school in az and i just found out about harrp today i asked my dad who is constintly watching the news/reading the news papper and he had no idea what i was talking about why is it no 1 knows anything if they have nothing to hide? haarp scares the shit out of me imo shut this thing down now

If Haarp project is admittedly heating up the earths ionsphere wouldn't that mean we have our answer to the Global warming question as well as the cure.

First of all anyone with an electrical or any engineering background can understand that this is can be possible. Think about it for a second think outside the box ppl, everything is made of atoms, and to create electricity we need these atoms to create certain reactions hence a copper atom losing proton on its outer ring create electricity by introducing a conductor .
