Have to apoligize and correct myself. Video really is from "Byousoku 5 Sechimetoru" and original sountrack in it is by Masayoshi Yamazaki, but in this AMV audio is from Shinkai's early work OVA "Hoshi no Koe/Voices of a Distant Star".
Music by Tenmon and all song lyrics written by K. JUNO.
