You really should do some research before posting stuff. The Japanese writing system is copied from China. The Japanese term kanji (漢字) literally means "Han characters" from the Chinese "Han" dynasty.

AlecAgain is such an idiot. Japanese didn't steal Chinese characters. They were commonly used characters in Asia. In fact, Chinese claimed that those characters were theirs first. That's why they became known as chinese characters these days. But, they're not originally Chinese. They're Japanese too.

hey come on! the japs used to copy electronic appliances , motor cars and many many products from the US and yet they modified the stuffs so the japs are not here to laugh at China. Even jap culture and words are partial from China.
