I don't want to be rude but how is American no better than any other? It is the only superpower. I'm not saying its perfect, no its far from that but so is every other country.

I meant not to insult America, just to point out that i find it funny how many Americans are so openly patriotic about their country when it is no better than many others. I also find it funny because the American education system is used to push those views upon the children and it works exceedingly well.

Schools here don't really push kids to be patriotic. I don't know how I ended up the way I am. Just two years ago I was one of those people complaining about how the government is going to kill us all and had no idea what the hell I was talking about. I've met plenty of non-Americans who love their country, and I think a countries history has alot to do with nationalism. The Cold War kinda caused a huge explosion of patriotism here, that and WWII.
