idk about 50 im in "SON" (Spirit of Northwestern) at Northwestern State University and we have over 300 people with 40 trumpets...we were also named the 5th ranked band in the nation by the College Band Directors Association

SON is a really good band. Best corp-style band in LA (yes, better than LSU). That was only 38 trumpets
