No words in English can describe her voice. You can't find that tenderness in the West and nowadays East Asia.
Only Teresa Tang got it, "柔情似水", therefore she is still conquering the world with her tender, heartwarming and soothing voice.

I like her songs very much even though I was born in the 80's.
