POST # 4
9. Remove the protective film from the front of the digitizer and install the digitizer in the frame.
10. Replace the motherboard and latch the two cables.
11. Insert the power button in the plastic bezel and replace the bezel.
12. Replace the back and four screws.
13. Relax and have a cold one, you deserve it

POST # 3
5. You will see brown paper around the circumference of the digitizer. This is double sided tape. Carefully remove the brown paper cover from the tape. It is very thin.
6. Place the digitizer on the metal frame and press down to secure.
7. Install the cable in its socket and lock the latch.
8. Replace the plastic covering to secure the cables.

POST # 2
2. The cable socket is black. Gently lift up on the socket latch on the side opposite the cable. The latch will pop up perpendicular to the base and the cable will come out.
3. Separate the digitizer from the metal base with a thin knife or razor blade.
4. The new digitizer has a protective film on both sides. Remove the film from the backside only.

POST # 1
The part one video is good. The following steps may help with part two. Note, the glass digitizer comes with torx wrenches and a plastic pry bar to help with case removal.

1. After releasing the screen from the front bezel you must prepare to release the digitizer flat cable. Do this by removing the plastic covering other back which secures the cables. Only remove to the point where you can release the cables.
