Thank you,Duane,I've been watchin the vid every night before bed for a week and a half-the energy flow is stronger now,I'm having dreams for the first time in 6 months,my health is better,and my hands stay warm all the time-this is everything I'd heard Reiki should be-healing regardless of time or distance.The help you've given moves forward from one to another-thanks for reminding me of the path,guess I'd lost my connection and didn't know it.
