I've always wanted to go out here, and ride this exact freeway. I've seen so many Videos where guys run these freeways! and they aren't normal drivers, their machines! it's awesome.

Yup, played those games too. I don't know where the parking area was exactly, but that fed into C1 outer, then to Daiba and the Rainbow Bridge, then Wangan southbound, then Yokohane northbound(?), then back to C1 inner and route 1 or 9 outbound to Ariake.
