Actually, it technically does take talent. Screaming properly takes lots of practice. Just like singing, rapping, or any other vocal technique, you are altering you vocals to a state in which it is not used to, and can really do some damage if you are not carefal. It also takes time to try and aquire a decent sound. I would also like to say that noise is a pretty decent genre, and should not be knocked off because of its name/
