He really is a good performer. Not only is he a great singer & writer, but he's also very cleverly gesticular. Just catch his hand movements when he sings "ocean" at 1:26 and "dart" at 2:13,.. how he uses that mime.

This sounds so great I don't understand why all you guys can talk about is how Let's Dance sucked. And on another note. Let's Dance is awesome. Modern Love is a great song.

The first3 tracks on Lets Dance are amazing, Lets Dance, China Girl and Modern love. The rest kinda sucks

I thought that the best songs on the Let's Dance album were Ricochet and Cat People Puttin Out Fire ( though the movie score version was actualy alot better ), which are actualy two of the less popularly known songs on that album.

Now you mention it, cat people, especially the version you refer to, is kinda brilliant.

I saw the Serious Moonlight Tour and I thought the sound quality was sooooo high pitched and hissy. And what on earth is with Bowie's cotton candy hair-do and the baggy pants suit? He looks like a retiree from Boca Raton. The set was pure cheese. Giant plastic shower curtain columns that spin, ye gods! And those Mr. wiggley-wobley leg moves? A pure horror.
