This is a good version of a good song. But for my money, Flying Burrito Brothers, on Gilded Palace of Sin album--THE great country rock album of all time--have ultimate version of this song. Gram Parsons' voice--plus back up vocals--cannot be beat.

I didnt like this. I love this song but I think its been done a hundred times better by James Carr and Andrew strong just to name two. No disrespect to anyone who enjoyed this but I would urge you to check both the above versions out if you havent already.

James Carr is a natural to this, You're right. I have to say this young lady got it. Hammered it right down. She's a different voice.

This is great... personally, Andrew Strong's version from the Commitments is the staple for this tune. Eva's is the one for woman to learn!
