Too much blur. There are so many tools to do this with no marks of retouching... You have lost improtant details in shadows of cheeks etc. Save rough skin, no dirty or blured but normal, natural. Use liquify to repair nose etc... So much BLUR was nice effect in 2007/2008?

wtf, why the green eyes? ;)
might as well have made her hair red in the process!

she was already pretty, but she just had dirty and acned skin ;)
