Yes, things like this are possible - however, the proportions are never right when airbrushing/making over people in Photoshop for tabloids, advertisements, etc.
Pause at 1:49. Notice how the edited model looks like she has a humpback before extra hair is added. Her ankles and feet look strange and her head looks too big for her body. At the end, it just looks like they took a regularly-sized model and ran the Liquify tool on her butt. =/
