Unfortunately this is Japan 101. They have become experts at slander.
Don't think that non-criminals have contributed to this hate rhetoric because this video and the trolls constitute paid slander.
The Japanese, as fierce conformists are already scared of outside influences, and these guys are playing the nationalist sentiment when otherwise they would be looked down upon as the freaks that they are.
