3 comrades were arrested yesterday 26th Oct in a walking-tour just to see the reality of a mansion owned by super-rich prime-minister Tarou Asou who is a son of conglomerate. Last Sunday 26th, after a small protest gathering in front of the railway station, 50 people took a walking way to the mansion without any signs or banners raising, even any loudspeakers. 3 were arrested allegedly because of their 'violent' or 'brutal' interfering with policemen in the execution of their duties in the every mainstream media last night, however, every reports were based on the 'official' announcement made by the police. True brutality was crimed by the police just after the walking started. Whole situations recorded by 3 or more our still and video cameras.
This 'reality tour' in which people intend to see the reality of the super-rich housing just by walking around the mansion owned by the current prime minister Tarou Asou who is a son of conglomerate family, was a preliminary event for the comming Anti-war and Resistance Festa will be held in 29th & 30th Nov.

As far as the arrest is concerned. Its a proper police procedure. People needs to be in detention until all the facts are cleared such as links to terrorists organizations. These things take a while in investigating. There is nothing wrong in what the police did.
You say "people" but you mean any person should be detained for no reason? Without justifying the arresr how can you defend the needs of detention? What this "terrorist" thing comes from? You seems to ignore the fact people were walking with POLICE PERMISSION.If people looked terrorist-like why did Police allow them to go to PM house in the first place?
Getting a police permission does not mean that police will not act if they find that some people are behaving dangerously close to the premere's residence. This becomes an immediate threat to the PM. The demonstrating guys can be detained for questioning as they need to find out the cause of demonstration. People do not look terrorist like. Its hard to tell until the very last moment thats why Police needs to be extra careful.
Police has done the right thing here. And wow, the police here is so polite and nice. They are suppose to control all this nonsense. A few years ago two air stewardess of an Indian airline accidentally went near the perimeter of the house of PM as they were drunk. They were taken into custody, probably still in jail. This is a major security threat to the PM. This sort of protest near his residence should not be allowed at all. These guys should be in jail and investigations should take place.
I bet police didn't say "Yeah you can go to the PM house" to the drunken stewardess! It wasn't a protest, or a march in legal term.None of the organizer calls it a protest. A rundom kid followed the tour saying "would the PM invite us in?, do you think the Police should have arrested this kid, too?
First of all PM's do have the right to have a super nice place to live. After all he is the top most official running the country. Secondly, if the police feel that the guys have started demonstrating while on tour they have the right to stop it by means of force if simple requests did not work. Its the security of the country's premiere and his safety we are talking about and in the high times of terrorism and unrest.
There were no request from the police. Police said they had done few times but many cameras including mass media crew didn't capture any. AND police "feeling" demonstration taking place means nothing, this has to be decided under legal criteria. Or anyone can be a cop..
