hey does anybody know how to play on that mode? it looks like an expert mode, which is what i wanted to play on but when i tried the game out, the only 2 modes available were beginner and standrd and standard is way too easy. how do u play on the mode in the video?

This is standard. The difficulty is probably higher.

theres only 2 stages this is just put on dark mode

Dark mode eliminates the BPM line... only the chips appear... Half dark still shows the BPM line and full dark is w/o the lines. In DMV5 if you step on the bass pedal twice it'll give you the options and you'll find it there.

To have any of the options appear that you want to change (Speed, Dark, Hidden, Combo, Position, auto, etc), select your song with the actual START button on the arcade machine rather than hitting the cymbal. Continue to hold the start button after the screen goes black and loads the song, instead it will load an option menu.

The ones seen in this video are:

Dark: Half Dark
Combo: Off
Speed: 5.5 (I think it's 5.5 but the video is too blurry so I can't tell for certain)

no what you said is right. Master Soundtrack cost a lot more money. They need to pay extra on top of the copyright fee.
