After going through several DVDs and purchases - I finally found which DVD this is on. Core Rhythms Latin Synergy. I found this DVD on Amazon.

obviously I know it's Core Rhythms as I stated I have some of the DVDs. The DVD with this segment in it is called LATIN SYNERGY for anyone still trying to find out.
