Last time I checked, a chemtrail was the white looking exhaust stuff that comes out the back of a missile or jet engine. Where is the conspiracy in that or does someone thing chemtrails are also the remnants of HAARP?

HAARP is 50 fields of antennas around the world that can bounce frequencies off the atmosphere to wherever they want. This can affect mood and make you electric-sensitive. The spraying infrastructure is in place. Now they can put whatever they want in our atmosphere. They sprayed something bad on Ukraine check independent news where scientists speak.

No, that would be a contrail. . . which are supposed to disappear in 30 sec. not go from horizon to horizon , spread out and linger for hours. THAT is a chemtrail.
