The 'simple' chords are F-E7-A7-dm-G-em-A7-B flat-C-F-C (if my ear's right) Besides, ELO was more about the orchestra, not the guitar or synth, and in muso (orchestral) terms the DUNH DUNH stuff is called staccato, but I'm sure you knew that..
