I saw John last sat . night in Chicago on the blue ridge rangers tour- it was one of the best sounding shows I have ever seen

Yeah CCR songs are full of deep meanings! Green River also served as one of the songs that defined the early style of rock and roll, I guess that's why John said that he's "just playing rock and roll". :)
