The father is a hairstylist? Wow. J hairstylists must be a lot different than American hairstylists. A whole LOT different. Well, at least it wasn't the guitarist with the red mohawk.

Its funny people saying her career is over. Based on what? The music career was just kiddie stuff, none of that style is serious or sustaining anyway. Usually singers go on to a more serious style, TV or acting (which seems to be the route she was going anyway). I will predict she will end up with a J talk show because she can interview Hollywood actors without interpretation, do a little singing and comedy bits, plus she's prettier and smarter than J hostesses.

Why is she crying? She looks freaking miserable towards the end. I would expect her to be more happy.
