Phew. Does it get any better than this! All four ladies with their own unsurpassed style. It is a true meeting of the greats of ballet. All four are national and international heroines, and no wonder. Yet these etoiles come together for this performance clearly acknowledging the greatness of their three "sisters".
I love how you can see Evdokimova springing up just a little higher than everyone else, and landing a little softer, yet she is still perfectly on the music.
just a small correction: Eva Evdokimova was never at Staatsballett Berlin, because that company did not exist at this time. She was dancing at Deutsche Oper Berlin Ballet (a company that does not exist anymore, it became Staatsballett Berlin together with Staatsoper Berlin Ballett). But great video! Thanks for posting.
