It makes me wonder in-universe how suzuki (and later Honda) got the technology and know how to make Kamen Rider bikes.

Actually, it's hinted a few times(I know it's pretty much said right-out in Amazon) that Tachibana modifies bikes from his shop for the Riders, at least through Stronger.
