Beijing Olympic Opening Ceremony Fireworks Finale

I am 47, have watched the olympics all my life. This was by far, the best opening cermony I have ever seen. I doubt anyone can ever top what these people did.

1.) This is a home video of the fireworks display. How is it fake?
2.) China is the biggest manufacturer of fireworks in the world (not to mention, the inventor). So if Manila had fireworks, they're probably going to buy them from China.

I saw this on CBC, the commentator said the fireworks were deafening.
So it's either the fireworks were real, or the commentators have a hearing problem.
