Yes he is, he totaly just like is with a chick then leaves, and he is always talking to woman like they are just going to fall for him anyway, like the first thing he said to Jessica in Pilot "your way outta my brothers league" he also said "I love the Smurfs" and pointed at her shirt..
He is always staring at woman. Though not that I am complaining, Dean shall be Dean, and we all love him that way!
