    Curioso del Cazu'.. :-) ... Io credo che la Signora con Pesto non intenda quello alla Genovese..ma un Mix di trito per Soffritto!

    Forse non cucini molto perche' per fare il pesto serve il Basilico, che non ha minimamente nominato, e non credo che la Nonna non sappia come si fa un Pesto alla Genovese!! :-)

    l'olio e aglio non si fanno mai friggere perchè l'olio diviene esausto. si mette olio aglio pomodoro a pezzetti di qualsiasi tipo, sale,pepe,origano e si fa cuocere a fuoco lento. nel pomodoro fresco se metti l'aglio il basilico non va. il basilico si sposa bene con la cipolla quando c'è il pomodoro per lo mezzo.
