Transformers 3 was garbage. Sure, it made a ton of cash, but what adult is going to enjoy that rubbish. Master and Commander is a good film that has some history to it. There are too many kid movies being made right now simply because they can draw in more money. The ratio of R to PG-13 movies has dropped for this reason. People will actually pay to go see crap like Hangover, which is just plain silly.

@mike61725 actually i thought the transformers films were pretty good and Master and Commander has to be one of my favourite films of all time (cant wait for M&C 2 to come out). I do think however that in a respect you are right about cashing in on the childrens, i think this is mainly due to the fact that kids films are easy to make from writing to production.

Just my favourite movie...
