I respect all the theories, but I assure you, Lelouch isn't a live at the end of the series, and there likely won't be anything else produced by Sunrise for the series. The whole point of "Zero Requiem" was for Lelouch to repent for the things he did...the only way for this to occur was through death. On the other end, Suzaku answers for his actions as well by having to bear the weight of being Zero for the rest of his life, which as we all know may never end thanks to Lelouch.

Yah, or at least i think so. I don't think there would be another season because, as I said before, the producers probably wanted to leave viewers something to think about, and adding another season would ruin that.
Unlike the ending of the first season, the ending of R2 wasn't a cliff hanger and only left that one question of "alive or not" for the viewers to decide, while the first season still left many questions unanswered.

aight heres my two cents on the lelouch alive thing..
In the Code Geass universe, the nature of god is described as colective conciousness of all mankind that has died.. so basicly, lelouch is dead yes, but hes still existant in the colective conciousness of "god", along with all other dead humans, which ofcourse leaves an opening for his return, along with anyone else in the code geass universe.
Berserk has a nature of god almost exactly the same as code geass, called the Vortex of Souls

Sunrise has announced that they plan to do SOMETHING with the franchise after R2. Whether or not this will revolve around Lelouch or anyone in the original series, though, has yet to be said.

He is alive, but there probably wont be an R3 unless somthing is wrong with the world lol..
