Oh yeah? How do you define a real musician? I'd say they were as real as they ever was gonna be, but they lack that certain edge when Syd isn't there.

This is the point in Pink Floyd's career that David Gilmore was brought in to replace Syd, due to his inability or unwantedness to perform. You can see how uncomfortable David is and how sad Roger Waters is. Everyone in the band wanted Syd to return...Shine On Crazy Diamond and many other songs played tribute and sadness at Syd's withdraw. Syd was the beginning and will always be Pink Floyd.
