    ok la faro oggi, vivo in Spagna sono Spagnola ma mio marito è Barese, scusi ma lei non ha detto se per l'impasto mette lievito di birra, io mettero un po' di ricotta forte pugliese quella per spalmare che mi sono portata da un paesino (Noci), perche a lui piace cosi, a me, no la trovo molto forte
