Can someone please tell me what rap song samples :What I am is what I am" (only that part) I know I have heard this as a hook in some rap song. Please help...anyone. SUCH A COOL SONG
agree great song. thoughtful lyrics. Like John lennon once said about one of his songs, "Don't take it so literally man, it's just a song. (Don't base a new religion on it). : )
This is one of my favorite songs... basically because it sounds awsome, but if you go and look at the lyrics... it makes absolutly no sense. (and remember Baby Spice from The Spice Girls... Ya, she did a redo of the song)
defiantly agree, she was no doubt the joplin of the 80s, she puts off the sexiest vibes with her music, but I wouldnt say the solo is a rip-off of fire on the mountain, the dead laid so much groundwork for bands today brother, but they no doubt have some grateful dead influence
