squats for preventing back pain

squats for preventing back pain... this is a half squat. I only recommend this method, once you are out of pain. This technique targets the butt and thighs, the base of support for the back.

maxbm, what is a good morning? I call this a half squat, it works the thighs, butt, but leaves the back relaxed. dan

ktiekoneko, yes, this video really should not have included those quick squats... that was for entertainment only. Start with 5-20 slow 1/2 squats/day.
