Well fuck, they could have taken out Anthem 2 live. Tom sings that song so Not Now could replace it and also everyone heard Anthem 2 by then and it did not fit with the Blink-182 album at all.

No he didn't. Tom wrote the entire song. The reason this song didn't make the Self-Entitled was because Mark wanted the album to be balanced between him and Tom in terms of songs. This song is all Tom.
