Basically this is about 2 Taxi Drivers who are both called Guy.
The BBC called the wrong Guy into the interview while the right Guy was caught in traffic in his cab.
So the wrong Guy had to do the interview and inprovise while the other Guy, who was called Guy, like the first Guy, who was also called Guy was driving his cab to the studio.
