Here's a short clip of the vibrobot I made using a paper clip, a watch battery, and the vibrating motor from an old cell phone.

it'll have a vibrating motor(offset weight) in it if it ever had a vibrate function

I just used a paper clip, watch battery (bigger disk) and a pager moter (smaller disk). If you'd like to see step-by-step instructions, head over to instructables, and search for itty bitty vibrobot.
