I actually agree with you. It is apparent from the lyrics that he is not talking about drug usage, as in whoa man, but hes talking about like chemo or some shit. I think that interview may have taken place before the song was released, so hmmm.... perhaps Richard intended for the double entendre. who knows? beautiful either way, I think
