The biggest mistake is that, if he were to be called Ramírez (as he is), his name should be "Juan Ramírez y Sánchez-Villalobos", not "Juan Sánchez Villalobos Ramírez"). It is so in the Spanish version, by the way (Juan Ramírez y Sánchez DE Villalobos, actually, has a much nicer ring to it...)

He does a mistake, It was not Charles V of Spain, it was Charles I of Spain (Charles V of Germany)

It could be he is referring to Charles by his the Imperial title, not the royal one...
