But i'm basically saying that most, if not all, decades bring something to the table. Personal opinion is what results in statements like "60's/70's/80's was the best decade". Nothing wrong with that, but it is just personal opinion.

This is a matter of opinion. In all honesty, I think all decades brought us something to remember. As I was born in the 80s, i'll always have great nostalgia for that decade, but I also lived through the 90s and have much to remember that decade by too. It brought us the likes of Oasis and Blur, and hosted the Beatles "reunion". In politics, it gave us the end of Maggie Thatcher leadership at its start, and Conservative rule by its end. Sure, it also made internet mainstream, another plus.
