Hayashibara Megumi wa the original voice for Lina. Lisa Ortiz was the "new" voice.

It's been both Lisa Ortiz (Slayers TV, NEXT and TRY) and Cynthia Martinez (the OVAs and Movies).
I'm not sure which is begin used for the english dub, could be either one, since Cynthia did Lina's voice in Slayers Perfect which takes place between Next and Try, and was dubbed by the same company thats dubbing R.
